Governance Group definition

Governance Group means the governance group (if any) established under Terms of Reference to oversee the governance and direction of the Project;
Governance Group means the group defined in clause 7; "GP locality" means an area covered by a CCG; "IGT" means the NHS Information Governance Toolkit, as may be amended and updated from time to time; “patient” means the generic term used within this agreement to refer to a person who is eligible for or who has a summary Cheshire Care Record and is being treated by one of the partner organisations, otherwise referred to as clients, residents, service users, citizens or people.
Governance Group means the group specified under Part A clause 9 of this OA. Industry Party Means an Industry Signatory which is a Party to this Operational Agreement and “Industry” means those Industry Signatories collectively.
