Project means specific activities of the Grantee that are supported by funds provided under this Grant Agreement.

• In order to most effectively accomplish the objectives of this Agreement, Owner intends to form a cohesive, cooperative, and collaborative culture with EPCM and the Works Contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective, safe and quality construction of the Project.

• Owner reserves the right to approve each employee and any other expenses related to the employee prior to his or her assignment to the Project (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Project means the Capital Improvement Project described in Appendix A of the Agreement.
