The Strategic Sample Clauses

The Strategic. Oversight Board shall seek to agree whether there are any matters which are commercially sensitive or may not be disclosed for legal reasons. If any matters are agreed to be commercially sensitive, the Parties to this Agreement shall keep such matters confidential and shall use all reasonable endeavours to prevent their officers and agents from making any disclosure of confidential or sensitive information or information which may not be disclosed for legal reasons.
