END USER EXPRESSLY AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BY USE OF THE PARTNER SERVICES END USER’S DATA, INCLUDING FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL INFORMATION, MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A THIRD PARTY LOCATED IN A COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE SECURITY CONTROLS TO PROTECT LICENSEE’S DATA. END USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SERVICE ARE NOT COMPLIANT WITH HIPAA, AND AGREES IT SHALL NOT USE THE SERVICE TO PROCESS OR TRANSMIT ANY PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION (AS DEFINED IN HIPAA). Notwithstanding the above, neither ABBYY nor Intuit shall be responsible for compliance with the particular data protection laws applicable to End Users or its industry, or to providers using critical infrastructure (e.g. financial or credit institutions, health and safety institutions, professional unions or associations, religious organizations).

This data will be sent to OEIPL / Seqrite only with Your permission. This data will be collected anonymously and will not be related to any Personally Identifiable Information or Personal Data. At intervals prescribed by the COUNTY and, on forms provided by COUNTY, CONTRACTOR will collect program data and information relating to nutrition risk assessments, registered site participants, meals, use of services and program contributions. CONTRACTOR will also be required to collect program data through the use of electronic collection methods. Such methods may include the use of computers, scanners, or other means. CONTRACTOR must comply with collection requirements as directed by COUNTY. Unless otherwise specified, COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with the equipment needed to collect data by electronic means.
