Definition of Government Agency


Government Agency means any national, provincial, municipal or local governmental authority, agency or body having jurisdiction over any of the PRC Operating Entities in the PRC.


Government Agency means: (1) each executive department of the Government, (2) each independent establishment or agency in the executive branch of the Government, including each corporation wholly owned (either directly or through one or more corporations) by the Government, (3) the General Accounting Office, and (4) the Library of Congress.

Government Agency means any department, division or sub-division of the GoUP and includes any commission, board, authority, agency or municipal and other local authority or statutory body under the control of the Government, as the case may be, and having jurisdiction over all or any part of the Project or the performance of all or any of the services or obligations of the Developer under or pursuant to this Agreement;

Government Agency means any competent government authorities, courts, arbitration commissions, or regulatory bodies of the PRC.

Government Agency means any government or any governmental, semi- government, administrative, fiscal or judicial body, department, commission, authority, tribunal, agency or entity;

Government Agency means any executive department, commission, independent establishment, corporation, wholly or partly owned by the United States of America which is an instrumentality of the United States, or any board, bureau, division, service, office, officer, authority, administration, or other establishment in the executive branch of the government.
