Usage Information means anonymous information generated in connection with Your use of Our products that we may collect about You and Your Users, as further described in the Hosted Service Policy applicable to those products. For the avoidance of doubt, in no instance will Usage Information be deemed to include Content. We reserve the right to access Your production data solely for investigation, resolution of technical support cases and system maintenance. In the event We need to make a copy of Your production data We will provide Your support liaison notice of any such action. For example, We do not want to conduct technical support testing on production data. We will promptly destroy all copies of production data after it is no longer needed. We will provide to you the Hosted Service, any services ancillary thereto, and any other services set forth on the Order in accordance with our Data Security Policy, which is attached hereto as Annex A and made a part hereof.

Usage Information. We keep track of activity in relation to how You and/or Your Authorized Users use the Products including traffic, location, logs and other communication data.

Examples of Usage Information in a sentence

• Such Onvoy Usage Information will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

• The term “Frontier OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Frontier’s provision of Onvoy Usage Information to Onvoy pursuant to Section 8.3 of this Attachment; and, (b) “Frontier OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 of this Attachment.

• Nokia may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, share such Usage Information with Licensee.

More Definitions of Usage Information

Usage Information means any data that is based on, generated or created from, or information about, the use of the Services by Ministerio de Hacienda or its Affiliates or Users (e.g., the number of transactions or the amounts of transactions).
