Lawful Purpose. The Governing Authority may carry out any act and ensure the performance of any function that is in compliance with the Ohio Constitution, this chapter, other statutes applicable to community schools, and the contract entered into under this chapter establishing the school.

Lawful Purpose. Elehost reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Elehost server(s) for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any International, Federal, Provincial or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. Elehost expressly forbids anyone from using Elehost servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic and hate related materials, slanderous, illegal, offensive and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Elehost and its management. If Elehost deems the site to be in contradiction to its own morals, obligations and/or lawful purpose, a minimum fine of $500 will be charged to the Customer’s credit card and service will be terminated with or without prior notice.
Lawful Purpose. Customer will only use Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc hardware and services for lawful purposes and Customer will not store or provide any Content or User Content or link to any material that violates foreign, federal, state or local law, the Terms of Service (Appendix C) any modifications thereof, Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc’s posted Acceptable Use Policy (Appendix B) , or any other Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc policy.

Lawful Purpose xXxx Facilities placed by Licensee in AT&T’s Conduit and Ducts or on AT&T’s Poles, Anchors or Anchor/Guy Strands must serve a lawful purpose and the uses made of Licensee’s Facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements. In this regard, Licensee shall not utilize any Facilities occupying or attached to AT&T’s Conduits, Ducts or Poles for the purpose of providing any services which it is not authorized by law to provide or for the purpose of enabling any other person or entity to provide any such services.
