End Users means a third-party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End Users” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

End Users means Customer’s customers or other third parties to whom Customer may provide a service using the APEX Service.

Examples of End Users in a sentence

• Establish systems to guide, assist and permit End Users (as defined above) who access the Electronic Services from the Trust’s web site(s) to electronically perform inquiries and create and transmit transaction requests to USBGFS.

• Certain Electronic Services may permit the Trust or the Fund to provision End Users.

• Be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining one or more web sites for the Funds through which End Users may access the Electronic Services, including provision of software necessary for access to the Internet, which must be acquired from a third party vendor.

More Definitions of End Users

End Users or “User(s)” means the consenting person(s) to whom Electronic Services are made available.

End Users means the purchaser that (a) has acquired a Deliverable from Customer for (i) its own and its Affiliate’s/Affiliates’ internal use and not for resale, remarketing or distribution or (ii) incorporation into its own products and (b) is an individual or entity, other than any federal, state or local agency, office or division.
