Your Device. Device registration, using a secure access code, is a feature to provide additional security for the Service. You will have the option to register your Device for one-time only access or for continued use. To register your Device it must be configured to accept secure cookies. Once your Device has been registered, you will be asked to enter your Login ID and password for future logins. If you delete the cookies on your browser, log in f rom a different Device, re-install the application, or your secure cookie has expired, you will be prompted to obtain a secure access co d e again to register your Device. SECURITY: Your role in preventing misuse of the Service is extremely important. Examine your statement promptly upon receipt. If you f ind that your records and the Bank’s records disagree, immediately notify the Bank. In addition to protecting your account information, you agree to take precautions to protect your personal identification information, such as your driver’s license, Social Security Number, etc. This information by itself or together with information on your account(s) may allow unauthorized access to your account(s). You agree not to leave your Device unattended while logged into the Service and to log off immediately at the completion of each session. You also agree to notify the Bank if someone has transferred or you suspect someone may transfer money f rom your account(s) without your permission, or if you suspect any type of f raudulent activity on your account(s). Only reveal your account number(s) to a legitimate entity for a purpose you authorize (such as your insurance company for automatic payments). If you do not maintain security or promptly report unauthorized transactions, you co uld lose all the money in your Bank account(s), plus your maximum overdraft line of credit, if applicable. Unless otherwise required by law, the Bank will not be responsible for losses that may occur.

Your Device. 1. You acknowledge and agree that, in connection with your use of the TENT App, you shall be responsible for the following, at your own cost:
Your Device. In order to use the Mobile Deposit Service, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by us from time to time on the Mobile Deposit Service website. You must use an eligible Mobile Device that is supported by and compatible with the Mobile Deposit Service, such as a smartphone or tablet, with a supported operating system, as well as a data plan, and that is enabled with a camera that will produce Images sufficient to satisfy the Image quality requirements described in this Agreement. Failure of your Mobile Device to produce satisfactory Images will result in those Images being rejected as described in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, we are not responsible for any third party software that you may need to use the Mobile Deposit Service. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at the time of download and installation. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any Internet, cellular, data download and other charges that your Internet service provider or wireless service provider may impose for your access to the Internet or download of any software required to use the Mobile Deposit Service.
Your Device. You are responsible for all phones and devices containing a SIM assigned to your Device. Your Device must be compatible with, and not interfere with, our Services and must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Kynect and/or our host network provider may periodically program your Device remotely with system settings for roaming service, to direct your Device to use network services most appropriate for your typical usage, and other features that cannot be changed manually. You agree to safeguard the SIM card and not to allow any unauthorized person to use your SIM card. You agree not to, and not to allow any other person to, directly or indirectly alter, bypass, copy, deactivate, remove, reverse-engineer or otherwise circumvent or reproduce the encoded information stored on, or the encryption mechanisms of, your SIM card. Any violation of the restrictions on the use of your SIM card that are contained in this section may result in the immediate termination of your Service without notice. Kynect, or its Service providers, may, from time to time, remotely update or change the encoded information on your SIM card. When you activate your Service, you will be provided with a Number or you may, in some circumstances, port-in a Number from another carrier. Please note that you have no ownership rights to any telephone Number, IP address or any other identifier associated with your Service and you acknowledge and agree that we (or our host network provider) may change any such Number, IP address or other identifier associated with your Service at any time without prior notice to you. You agree that you will not make any modifications to your Device or its programming to enable the Device to operate on any other system. Kynect or its host network provider may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify the programming to enable the operation of the Device on other systems. No amplifier, enhancer, repeater, or other device or system may be used or installed on the wireless network without our prior approval and the approval of our host network, if required. Some functions and features reference in the manufacturer’s manual provided with your phone may not be available on your Service. Certain mobile phone features may not be available throughout the entire network or their functionality may be limited. If you bought a Device from Kynect, it may have been programmed with a SIM lock which will prevent it from operating with other compatible wireless...
Your Device. By using Mobile Banking, you represent that you are an authorized user of the device you will use to access Mobile Banking and that the device will be password protected or have similar security in use. You acknowledge that if you download software to your device that enables mobile banking, NCDFCU does not sanction the use of any third-party software for Online Banking that does not have our prior approval. You further acknowledge that third parties may offer such applications to mobile device users without our knowledge or approval. If you download such third- party software, you do so entirely at your own risk. Data rates charged by your mobile service provider may apply when using Mobile Banking, and you are responsible for the payment of such fees in accordance with your agreement with your mobile service provider.

Your Device. You are responsible for the acquisition, cost and maintenance of Your Device as well as any necessary wireless data plan that you use to access the Provider App. Uber grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the Provider App on Your Device solely for the purpose of providing Delivery Services. You agree to not provide, distribute or share, or enable the provision, distribution or sharing of, the Provider App (or any data associated therewith) with any third party. The foregoing right shall immediately terminate and you will delete and fully remove the Provider App from Your Device in the event that you cease to provide Delivery Services using Your Device. You agree that: (i) use of the Provider App on Your Device requires an active data plan with a wireless carrier associated with Your Device, which data plan will be provided by you at your own expense; and (ii) use of the Provider App on Your Device as an interface with the Uber Services may consume very large amounts of data through the data plan. Uber and Xxxxxxx Pacific advise that Your Device only be used under a data plan with unlimited or very high data usage limits, and neither Uber, Xxxxxxx Pacific, nor their Affiliates, shall be responsible or liable for any fees, costs, or overage charges associated with any data plan.
