Your Device. Device registration, using a secure access code, is a feature to provide additional security for the Service. You will have the option to register your Device for one-time only access or for continued use. To register your Device it must be configured to accept secure cookies. Once your Device has been registered, you will be asked to enter your Login ID and password for future logins. If you delete the cookies on your browser, log in from a different Device, re-install the application, or your secure cookie has expired, you will be prompted to obtain a secure access code again to register your Device. SECURITY: Your role in preventing misuse of the Service is extremely important. Examine your statement promptly upon receipt. If you find that your records and the Bank’s records disagree, immediately notify the Bank. In addition to protecting your account information, you agree to take precautions to protect your personal identification information, such as your driver’s license, Social Security Number, etc.
Your Device you should only access the Service through your own computer, network or other internet ready device. References to “Your Device” means any computer or device functioning as an Internet client or workstation in your possession and control with Internet access, which you use to access the Service. If you choose to access the Service through a third- party application or equipment you don’t own, you may be increasing your privacy and security risks.
Your Device. In order to use the Mobile Deposit Service, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by us from time to time on the Mobile Deposit Service website. You must use an eligible Mobile Device that is supported by and compatible with the Mobile Deposit Service, such as a smartphone or tablet, with a supported operating system, as well as a data plan, and that is enabled with a camera that will produce Images sufficient to satisfy the Image quality requirements described in this Agreement. Failure of your Mobile Device to produce satisfactory Images will result in those Images being rejected as described in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, we are not responsible for any third party software that you may need to use the Mobile Deposit Service. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at the time of download and installation. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any Internet, cellular, data download and other charges that your Internet service provider or wireless service provider may impose for your access to the Internet or download of any software required to use the Mobile Deposit Service.
Your Device. You may access the Services via a mobile phone or other mobile device. You acknowledge that your mobile carrier's standard charges and data rates apply to any access to the Services from any mobile device. Further, your access to the Services may be limited by your mobile carrier's terms and policies or by your mobile device's settings, software, and hardware. We are not responsible to provide the Services to you based on your mobile carrier's or mobile devices requirements or limitations.
Your Device a. 6.1 You acknowledge and agree that, in connection with your use of the hi Platform, you shall be responsible for the following, at your own cost:
i. obtaining and installing all hardware, software and communications services necessary for your use of the hi Platform in accordance with these Terms;
ii. installing antivirus or other mobile security software on your Enabled Device to protect against any security or other vulnerabilities which may arise in connection with your use of the hi Platform in accordance with these Terms; and
iii. installing updates and patches for the hi Platform and your Enabled Device in a prompt and timely manner.
Your Device. You are responsible for the acquisition, cost and maintenance of Your Device as well as any necessary wireless data plan that you use to access the Provider App. Uber grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the Provider App on Your Device solely for the purpose of providing Delivery Services. You agree to not provide, distribute or share, or enable the provision, distribution or sharing of, the Provider App (or any data associated therewith) with any third party. The foregoing right shall immediately terminate and you will delete and fully remove the Provider App from Your Device in the event that you cease to provide Delivery Services using Your Device. You agree that: (i) use of the Provider App on Your Device requires an active data plan with a wireless carrier associated with Your Device, which data plan will be provided by you at your own expense; and (ii) use of the Provider App on Your Device as an interface with the Uber Services may consume very large amounts of data through the data plan. Uber and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pacific advise that Your Device only be used under a data plan with unlimited or very high data usage limits, and neither Uber, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pacific, nor their Affiliates, shall be responsible or liable for any fees, costs, or overage charges associated with any data plan.
Your Device. 1. You acknowledge and agree that, in connection with your use of the TENT App, you shall be responsible for the following, at your own cost:
(a) Obtaining and installing all hardware, software and communications services necessary for your use of the TENT App in accordance with these Terms;
(b) Installing antivirus or other mobile security software on your enabled device to protect against any security or other vulnerabilities which may arise in connection with your use of the TENT App in accordance with these Terms; and
(c) installing updates and patches for the TENT App and your enabled device in a prompt and timely manner.
2. Without prejudice to the foregoing and any other terms in these Terms, we assume that any and all request received from your enabled device have been made by the rightful owner. You are solely responsible and liable for keeping your enabled device safe and maintaining adequate security and control of your login and authentication details (including, but not limited to, your Username, and password), and shall likewise be solely responsible for any access to and use of the TENT App and the Services through your enabled device, notwithstanding that such access and/or use may have been effected without your knowledge, authority or consent. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage resulting from such access and/or use.
3. Should you discover that your enabled device is lost or stolen or has been accessed or used in an unauthorised way, you shall notify us of the loss and/or theft or unauthorised access and/or use by emailing us at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. In addition, where your enabled device has been accessed or used in an unauthorised manner, you should, as soon as possible, reset the login and authentication details on your enabled device.
Your Device. By using Mobile Banking, you represent that you are an authorized user of the device you will use to access Mobile Banking and that the device will be password protected or have similar security in use. You acknowledge that if you download software to your device that enables mobile banking, NCDFCU does not sanction the use of any third-party software for Online Banking that does not have our prior approval. You further acknowledge that third parties may offer such applications to mobile device users without our knowledge or approval. If you download such third- party software, you do so entirely at your own risk. Data rates charged by your mobile service provider may apply when using Mobile Banking, and you are responsible for the payment of such fees in accordance with your agreement with your mobile service provider.
Your Device. A voice plan is required on all voice-capable Devices, unless specifically noted otherwise in the terms governing your rate plan. An eligible rate plan is required for certain types of Devices, including smartphones. A tethering plan may be required to enable tethering on a compatible Device, depending on the terms of your rate plan.
Your Device. 2.6.1 You are responsible for the acquisition, cost and maintenance of Your Device as well as any necessary wireless data plan; and (ii) Rasier Pacific or its Affiliate shall make available the Driver App for installation on Your Device. Rasier Pacific hereby grants you a personal, non- exclusive, non- transferable user right to install and use the Driver App on Your Device solely for the purpose of providing Transportation Services. You agree to not provide, distribute or share, or enable the provision, distribution or sharing of, the Driver App (or any data associated therewith) with any third party. The foregoing right shall immediately terminate and you will delete and fully remove the Driver App from Your Device in the event that you cease to provide Transportation Services using Your Device. You agree that: (i) use of the Driver App on Your Device requires an active data plan with a wireless carrier associated with Your Device, which data plan will be provided by you at your own expense; and (ii) use of the Driver App on Your Device as an interface with the Uber Services may consume very large amounts of data through the data plan. Rasier Pacific advises that Your Device should only be used under a data plan with unlimited or very high data usage limits, and Rasier Pacific shall not be responsible or liable for any fees, costs, or overage charges associated with any data plan.
