Information which Clause Samples
The 'Information which' clause defines the types of information that are subject to the terms of the agreement, typically specifying what constitutes confidential or protected information. In practice, this clause outlines the categories or characteristics of information covered, such as technical data, business plans, or customer lists, and may clarify whether information must be marked as confidential or if oral disclosures are included. Its core function is to ensure clarity about what information is protected under the agreement, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over confidentiality obligations.
