The Participant. 2.4.1 Agreed to participate in TOMSA's endeavours and to collect the Tourism Levy from its Customers; and
The Participant. 2.1.1 will take part in the Event and shall seek to raise funds from their personal networks in order to support the charitable aims of WTW;
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that neither the Company, its shareholders nor its directors and officers, has any duty or obligation to disclose to the Participant any material information regarding the business of the Company or affecting the value of the Shares before, at the time of, or following a termination of the employment of the Participant by the Company, including, without limitation, any information concerning plans for the Company to make a public offering of its securities or to be acquired by or merged with or into another firm or entity.
The Participant is hereby notified of the collection, use and transfer outside of the European Economic Area, as described in the Award Agreement, in electronic or other form, of his or her Personal Data (defined below) by and among, as applicable, the Corporation and certain of its Affiliates for the exclusive and legitimate purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan.
The Participant. The participant shall include all owners and mortgagees of registered mortgage bonds over the units in the scheme for their respective rights and interests.
The Participant. (a) agrees that in the event that any clause or provision of this agreement is held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that clause or provision will not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this agreement, which will continue to be enforceable; and
The Participant. This Award Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas applicable to contracts executed in and to be performed in that state.
