ARTICLE REPORTING ALLOWANCE. An employee who reports for work at the Employer’s shop or site, unless directed not to report the previous day by his Employer, and for whom no work is available due to reasons other than inclement weather, shall receive a minimum of four (4)hours reporting time, and shall remain at other work if requested to do so by the xxxxxxx. An employee who reports for work at the Employer’s shop orjob site, unless directed not to report the previous day by his Employer, and for whom no work is available due to inclement weather, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours reporting time at the applicable rate, provided the employee remains on the job for two (2) hours his designated starting time, if requested to do so by the xxxxxxx. If an employee is directed to work and commences to work, the provisions of Article shall apply.

ARTICLE REPORTING ALLOWANCE. If an employee reports for work at the commencement of their usual shift and on time, they shall be entitled to a minimum number of hours pay equivalent to half of the employee's regular shift at no less than their regular payroll rate unless notified previously by the Company not to report, either orally or by notice on the bulletin board, or by message at the employee's residence provided that, if requested by the Company, the employee shall a minimum number of hours equivalent to half of the employee's regular shift of such reasonable alternate work as the Company may assign; and provided further that there shall be no such obligation on the part of the Company to pay any reporting allowance if the lack of work is occasioned by circumstances beyond the Company's control. If an employee is asked to come back to work after their regular hours, and if it is not an extension of their regular shift at the end of the regular shift, the employee is entitled to "CALL-IN"

ARTICLE REPORTING ALLOWANCE. If an employee reports for work by punching his time card (this, providing the time clock is operating) and addressing himself to his xxxxxxx, supervisor, or failing either, to a management representative, without having been previously notified not to report, he shall be given at least four hours pay at his normal rate. This shall not apply to an employee, who is returning to work, after an absence without leave, or who, if on leave, failed to report for work on his regular work period immediately following the termination of his authorized leave of absence, or, if work is not available, for any cause beyond the control of the Company. Rubber boots and raincoats will be issued to employees if required to work outside on a temporary basis. The Company shall place three (3) appropriate snowmobile type suits in stores. The coats and boots to be returned to stores at the time of completion of specific tasks. In the first year of this agreement, the Company will supply each employee with seniority with a voucher for the purchase of safety boots, and in the second year, a voucher for the purchase of safety boots and in the third year a voucher for the purchase of safety boots. It is agreed that the melt room, maintenance, chipping room, walk in sandblaster, employees and waste water operator will receive two vouchers per year for safety boots.
