Once a Month. The Shared Leadership Team will meet at a minimum of once a month, using an agreed upon framework to facilitate the meetings.
Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.
Contract Year The first Contract Year is the period of time ending on the first contract anniversary. Subsequent Contract Years are the annual periods between contract anniversaries.
week period If an employee fails to return at the end of the family care or medical leave, the CSU may require repayment of insurance premiums paid during the unpaid portion of the leave. The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.
Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
Meal Period Employees shall receive a meal period which shall commence no less than two (2) hours nor more than five (5) hours from the beginning of the employee's regular shift or when he/she is called in to work on his/her regular day off. The meal period shall be no less than one-half (½) hour nor more than one (1) hour in duration and shall be without compensation. Should an employee be required to work in excess of five (5) continuous hours from the commencement of his/her regular shift without being provided a meal period, the employee shall be compensated two (2) times the employee's straight-time hourly rate of pay for the time worked during his/her normal meal period and be afforded a meal period at the first available opportunity during working hours without compensation.
Calendar Quarter January through March, April through June, July through September, or October through December.
Monthly Not later than the 8th Business Day of each calendar month (other than the calendar months in which a Payment Date occurs) and commencing in July 2019, the Issuer shall compile and make available (or cause to be compiled and made available) to the Rating Agency, the Collateral Trustee, the Collateral Manager, the Placement Agent, the Co-Placement Agent and each other Holder shown on the applicable Register and any beneficial owner of a Secured Debt or Subordinated Securities who has delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certificate to the Collateral Trustee a monthly report on a settlement date basis (except as otherwise expressly provided in this Indenture) (each such report a “Monthly Report”). As used herein, the “Monthly Report Determination Date” with respect to any calendar month will be the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Monthly Report is made available. The Monthly Report for a calendar month shall contain the following information with respect to the Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments included in the Assets, and shall be determined as of the close of business on the Monthly Report Determination Date for such calendar month:
Monthly Base Rent Tenant agrees to pay Landlord the Monthly Base Rent for the Premises (subject to adjustment as hereinafter provided) in advance on the first day of each calendar month during the Term without prior notice or demand, except that Tenant agrees to pay the Monthly Base Rent for the first month of the Term directly to Landlord concurrently with Tenant's delivery of the executed Lease to Landlord. All rent must be paid to Landlord, without any deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America, at the address designated by Landlord or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. Monthly Base Rent will be adjusted during the Term of this Lease as provided in Exhibit "B".
