Water Operator definition

Water Operator means a well driller, plumber or cesspool emptier, as the case may be.
Water Operator means a person hired or contracted by the Regional District or designated committee who is responsible for undertaking the works management of the Sandspit Water System, under the direction of the Regional District and the designated committee.
Water Operator means a private water or waste water tanker or borehole registered by the Regulated Water Utility to provide service in its area of operation.

Water Operator means the individual who is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the District’s water system. The Water Operator may be an elected or appointed member of the Board.
