Job Site. The Project Manager or Contractor may call for special job site meetings for the purpose of resolving unforeseen problems or conflicts that may impede the construction schedule. The Project Manager will prepare a brief summary report of the decisions or understanding concerning each of the items discussed at these meetings.

Job Site. SUBCONTRACTING 8 No Employer shall subcontract or assign any 9 of the field construction work described herein 10 which is to be performed at a job site to any 11 contractor, subcontractor or other person or 12 party who does not comply with all the terms of 13 this Agreement or a field construction agreement 14 in effect in the area where the work is erected 15 which has been approved by the International 16 Brotherhood, and does not stipulate, in writing, 17 compliance to the applicable fringe benefit 18 funds and Trust Agreement or Agreements
Job Site. Services performed by XXXXXX during construction will be limited to providing assistance in quality control and to deal with questions by the CLIENT's representative concerning conformance with drawings and specifications. This activity is not to be interpreted as an inspection service, a construction supervision service, or guaranteeing the Contractor's performance. XXXXXX will not be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs. XXXXXX will not be responsible for the Contractor's obligation to carry out the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. XXXXXX will not be considered an agent of the owner and will not have authority to direct the Contractor's work or to stop work.
Job Site. The Job Site shall mean the area in which the Work is to be performed and such other areas as may be designated by the Owner for the storage of the Contractor's materials and equipment.
Job Site. During the full period of time in which the Services are being provided and the subsequent curing/drying/setting time specified by ADP, Customer shall ensure that the entire area that will be serviced by ADP (the “Job Site”) is free from obstruction, and that ADP has reasonable access thereto. Compliance with this covenant shall require the Customer to do the following, which list is not exclusive: (a) remove and/or keep the Job Site and access corridors clear of all trees and landscaping features, furniture, equipment, plant pots, vehicles, vending machines, trash cans, ash trays, and all other objects (b) turn off all fountains and sprinkler, drip, irrigation, and other landscape water systems, (c) ensure the pool water level is no higher than 4 inches below the top of the pool, (d) prevent people and animals from entering the Job Site, walking on the relevant surfaces, or using any nearby pool or water feature, and (e) provide locks and keys to ADP if Customer wishes ADP to lock the Job Site during non-working hours.
Job Site. The location where the employee is normally assigned and performs his/her duties, or the location from which the employee performs duties through the District.
Job Site. Employees when injured on the site and who require medical attention will receive pay for the day (8 hours) at the regular hourly rate, provided that a medical report is provided stating that the injured party is unable to return and complete the shift. The employer may authorize another employee to accompany the injured party and, if so, they shall not experience any loss of pay.

Job Site. Delivery of any materials needed by the Contractor for heating and air conditioning systems maintenance and repair shall be F.O.B. job site, freight paid by Contractor. Contractor shall have a representative present at the delivery site to receive any materials that are direct shipped. Augusta employees will not accept deliveries on behalf of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for any materials received or accepted on behalf of the Contractor. All debris must be removed from the premises and properly disposed of by the Contractor. COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABILITY Contractor must have covered telephone service 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days a year, to receive service calls from the Fire Department, and dispatch those calls to the Contractor’s staff. Each of the Contractor’s supervisors shall be reachable via cell phone and/or landline. Upon contract, provide phone numbers and corresponding names of supervisors to whom the devices are assigned. Contractor must maintain an email address to which business communications can be relayed and provide that email address upon award.

Job Site. Customer represents and warrants that its work location(s) provided under this Agreement are safe and comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Americans with disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
