Year of this Agreement means the period of 12 months from the date of this Agreement and each subsequent period (if any) of 12 months during the period of this Agreement.

Year of this Agreement means any twelve- month period commencing with the first day of the month following the date of execution of this Agreement. Any other amount due under this Agreement shall be paid when specified in this Agreement, or, if not so specified, within thirty (30) days after the date of any invoice therefor. In the event Xxxxxx is required to institute an action to collect any such amount and shall prevail in whole or in part, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement by Licensee of its reasonable expenses so incurred (including attorneys' fees).
