Seniority List. The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.
Seniority List. The Employer will prepare and post a seniority list. The list will be updated annually and will contain each employee’s name, job classification and seniority date. Employees will have fourteen (14) calendar days in which to appeal their seniority date to Human Resource Services, after which time the date will be presumed correct. A copy of the seniority list will be provided to the Union at the time of posting.
Seniority List. (a) The Employer will prepare once every six (6) months an up-to-date seniority list containing the following information pertaining to its regular employees:
Seniority List. A master casual employee seniority list shall be revised and updated every three (3) months as of the last date of the payroll period immediately prior to January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 in each year (the “adjustment” dates). The seniority of each employee shall be entered in the registry in descending order of the most hours worked to the least. Casual employees while on probation will be added to the registry or registries in the order that they are hired. Call in for work during the probationary period will be conducted in a fair manner. For the purposes of call in to do casual work, seniority hours (excluding overtime hours worked) are reconciled at each adjustment date. Within two weeks of each adjustment date the employer shall send to the Union designate a revised copy of the casual seniority lists.
Seniority List. (a) A current service seniority list for employees as of December 31st will be provided by the Employer to the Union on or before March 31st of the following year.
Seniority List. A seniority list will be maintained for each department. The Hospital shall post such list and provide the Union with a copy, indicating bargaining unit seniority, twice per year.

The Company shall at least once every six (6) months, post in a conspicuous place on its premises an up-to-date list of all employees covered by this Agreement showing the date when each commenced his employment with the Company. The Company shall forward to the Union a copy of each list on the date of its posting.
Seniority List a. The Board shall by October 15th of each year forward to each place of work and to the Union a list of all employees employed by the Board, in order of seniority calculated according to this article, setting out the length of seniority as of September 1st of that year.

Employees who are employed on the same date shall be placed on the seniority list in alphabetical order of surnames. An up-to-date copy of the seniority list shall be furnished to the Union every three (3) months.
