Seniority List. The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.
Seniority List. The Employer will prepare and post a seniority list. The list will be updated annually and will contain each employee’s name, job classification and seniority date. Employees will have fourteen (14) calendar days in which to appeal their seniority date to Human Resource Services, after which time the date will be presumed correct. A copy of the seniority list will be provided to the Union at the time of posting.

Seniority List. A master casual employee seniority list shall be revised and updated every three (3) months as of the last date of the payroll period immediately prior to January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 in each year (the “adjustment” dates).
