Shoe Allowance. The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Shoe Allowance. Maintenance Technician and Facility Aide are required to wear toe protective/safety footwear. Upon completion of probation, such Employees will be provided with the following reimbursement for the purchase of toe protective/safety footwear upon production of a receipt: Full-time Employees: reimbursement up to $90.00 per year Part-time Employees: reimbursement up to $90.00 every two (2) years Dietary staff and Housekeeping/Laundry staff are required to wear slip-resistant shoes. Upon completion of probation, such Employees will be provided with the following reimbursement for the purchase of slip resistant shoes upon production of a receipt: Full-time Employees: reimbursement up to $60.00 per year Part-time Employees: reimbursement up to $60.00 every two (2) years
Shoe Allowance. The Employer will provide reimbursement of up to a maximum of eighty five ($85.00) dollars per year, for purchasing or repairing, safety shoes for full-time employees who have completed their probationary period and are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes. The style and colour of the shoes must be approved by the Employer. Employees in the following classifications and/or departments are eligible to avail themselves of the shoe allowance: Banquet Culinary Guest Services Housemen/Housepersons Fairmont Lounge Housekeeping In Room Dining Laundry Stewarding Velvet Glove Front Desk Employees will receive said amount so long as the shoes are worn on the job. Upon providing the Employer in ample time- at least twenty four (24) hours before the date of the pay period ending, of proof of either purchase or repair, payment will be made on the pay period following.
Shoe Allowance. The University, upon submission by the Officer of proof of purchase, shall reimburse Police Officers up to Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) in a twelve (12) month period for the cost of shoes meeting the University standard for color (black) and style.
Shoe Allowance. The Employer agrees that a shoe allowance will be paid as follows: Community Health Aides - $240.00 per annum Other Eligible Employees - $210.00 per annum
Shoe Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay the Meteorological Officers at Xxxxxx F.L. Xxxxxxx Airport a Shoe Allowance of $200.00 per annum. The Employer agrees that the shoe allowance be extended to Meteorological Officers at Hewanorra International Airport.
Shoe Allowance. The Company will pay to each maintenance employee the sum of one hundred and eight dollars and forty eight cents ($108.48) in January as a contribution towards the cost of safety shoes or boots. On the completion of their probationary period, new employees will be provided with the same amount, however, this amount shall be increased five percent (5%) each year, as contribution towards the cost of safety shoes or boots, Employees who are on layoff at the time the safety allowance is paid will receive this allowance once they have returned to active employment for a period of one
Shoe Allowance. Employer will reimburse airport, custodial and maintenance employees up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per year for steel toed boots. Employer will reimburse Animal Control employees up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per year for work boots. Employer will reimburse Commission on Aging kitchen staff employees up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per year for non-slip shoes. Receipts must be presented to the County Clerk.
Shoe Allowance. A shoe allowance of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) will be paid to each employee, once every twelve (12) months, for the purpose of purchasing safety shoes (with steel toes). Receipt must accompany request for reimbursement. All employees must wear the appropriate safety shoes when at work.
Shoe Allowance. Customer Service Representatives shall be entitled to a shoe allowance of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125) per year. Employees shall be required to provide a receipt prior to receiving the allowance. Footwear must comply with dress code and safety standards.
