Relevant Employees definition

Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).
Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.
Relevant Employees means employees who may be affected by a change referred to in clause 29(1);

Examples of Relevant Employees in a sentence

  • Within 14 days following the date that the notice referred to in clause 9.2.5(a)(i) is given, the date referred to in clause 9.2.5(a)(ii) or the date referred to in clause 9.2.5(a)(iii) is reached, the Service Provider shall provide to the Operator a list of the names of the Relevant Employees.

  • If a Subsequent Transfer is a Relevant Transfer then the Contracting Body or Replacement Provider will inherit liabilities in respect of the Relevant Employees with effect from the relevant Service Transfer Date.
