Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.
Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and transferable software licenses, other soft costs, including sales tax, freight, and installation expense, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property. Unless otherwise agreed to by Bank: not more than 25% of the Equipment financed with the proceeds of each Equipment Advance shall consist of Other Equipment.
