Unit members’ voluntary participation shall be compensated at the Contract Hourly Rate of $50.00 per hour (effective July 1, 2021).
Overtime worked on the sixth day, shall be paid at 1.5 times the Hourly Rate for the first eight hours; then at 2 times the Hourly Rate for the next six hours (i.e. up to the end of the 14th hour); and at 3 times the Hourly Rate thereafter (i.e. from the beginning of the 15th hour).
