Our Products and Services. 4.1 Our regulated products and services may have one or more of the following components, and different or concurrent terms may apply depending on the nature of the product or service itself. If the product or service offered to you or that you’re using involves us:
Our Products and Services. We provide advice on pension planning and retirement options, investments, savings and family protection. We specialise in providing our clients with “a personal and professional service” to help them with their financial issues. Our current clients value the ‘professional friendship’ they have with us, and the financial education we provide. We compare the whole of the market for our pension, investment and protection business Investment.  Independent Advice. We will advise, make a recommendation and, where necessary, arrange suitable products and services for you after we have assessed your needs.  Restricted Advice. We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. Restricted advice means that the adviser will only consider recommending investments from a limited range of products.  No Advice. You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
Our Products and Services. 42. You agree that when dealing in Securities in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you do not have the right to obtain physical delivery of these securities where these securities are registered in the name of our appointed Agent on your behalf. You also agree that our Agent may exercise any rights that we or any other Agent may have under these Terms and Conditions.

Where We can bind on behalf of insurers, We will highlight this to you. Furthermore, We arrange facilities which enable an insurer to bind business for itself and other insurers and We may manage these facilities for such insurers. These are arranged due to economies of scale and the ease of being able to place cover. We may recommend and place your business under these arrangements where We consider that these meet your insurance requirements and will advise you if this is the case. We may on occasions use the services of another broker to assist in the placement of your business and We shall use Our reasonable endeavours to ensure that at party complies with all relevant regulatory requirements in the course of providing such services. We do not offer advice in relation to tax, accounting, regulatory or legal matters (including economic sanctions) and you should take separate advice as you consider necessary regarding such matters.

The programs perform and support a wide variety of functions related to accounting, including financial reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and inventory management. We provide a variety of services along with our financial accounting software sales to assist our customers in maximizing the benefits from these software applications. These services include training, technical support, and professional services. We employ consultants and instructors and have specific training in the topics they are teaching. We can also provide on-site training services that are highly tailored to meet the needs of a particular customer. We provide end-user technical support services through our support/help desk. Our product and technology consultants assist customers calling with questions about product features, functions, usability issues, and configurations. The support/help desk offers services in a variety of ways, including prepaid services, time and materials billed as utilized and annual support contracts. Customers can communicate with the support/help desk through e-mail, telephone, and fax channels. Standard support/help desk services are offered during normal business hours five (5) days per week. The primary purpose of a WMS is to control the movement and storage of materials within an operation and process the associated transactions.   • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment. A Purchase Order (“PO”), Agreement or Contract is the TIPS Member’s approval providing the authority to proceed with the negotiated delivery order under the Agreement. Special terms and conditions as agreed between the Vendor and TIPS Member should be added as addendums to the Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract. Items such as certificate of insurance, bonding requirements, small or disadvantaged business goals are some, but not all, of the possible addendums.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • New Products You agree to comply with NASD Notice to Members 5-26 recommending best practices for reviewing new products.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.

  • Product ACCEPTANCE Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User(s) shall have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to accept hardware products and sixty (60) days from the date of delivery to accept all other Product. Where the Contractor is responsible for installation, acceptance shall be from completion of installation. Failure to provide notice of acceptance or rejection or a deficiency statement to the Contractor by the end of the period provided for under this clause constitutes acceptance by the Authorized User(s) as of the expiration of that period. The License Term shall be extended by the time periods allowed for trial use, testing and acceptance unless the Commissioner or Authorized User agrees to accept the Product at completion of trial use. Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User shall have the option to run testing on the Product prior to acceptance, such tests and data sets to be specified by User. Where using its own data or tests, Authorized User must have the tests or representative set of data available upon delivery. This demonstration will take the form of a documented installation test, capable of observation by the Authorized User, and shall be made part of the Contractor’s standard documentation. The test data shall remain accessible to the Authorized User after completion of the test. In the event that the documented installation test cannot be completed successfully within the specified acceptance period, and the Contractor or Product is responsible for the delay, Authorized User shall have the option to cancel the order in whole or in part, or to extend the testing period for an additional thirty (30) day increment. Authorized User shall notify Contractor of acceptance upon successful completion of the documented installation test. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any cause of action against the Authorized User for damages, loss of profits, expenses, or other remuneration of any kind. If the Authorized User elects to provide a deficiency statement specifying how the Product fails to meet the specifications within the testing period, Contractor shall have thirty (30) days to correct the deficiency, and the Authorized User shall have an additional sixty (60) days to evaluate the Product as provided herein. If the Product does not meet the specifications at the end of the extended testing period, Authorized User, upon prior written notice to Contractor, may then reject the Product and return all defective Product to Contractor, and Contractor shall refund any monies paid by the Authorized User to Contractor therefor. Costs and liabilities associated with a failure of the Product to perform in accordance with the functionality tests or product specifications during the acceptance period shall be borne fully by Contractor to the extent that said costs or liabilities shall not have been caused by negligent or willful acts or omissions of the Authorized User’s agents or employees. Said costs shall be limited to the amounts set forth in the Limitation of Liability Clause for any liability for costs incurred at the direction or recommendation of Contractor.

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.

  • Competing Products The provisions of Section 21 are set forth on attached Exhibit H and are incorporated in this Section 21 by this reference.

  • Third Party Products 1. Third Party Hardware. We will sell, deliver, and install onsite the Third Party Hardware, if you have purchased any, for the price set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy.
