Insurance Policies definition

Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18.
Insurance Policies means the insurance policies and coverages required to be maintained by each Loan Party which is an owner of Mortgaged Property with respect to the applicable Mortgaged Property pursuant to Section 5.04 and all renewals and extensions thereof.

  • All premiums due on the Insurance Policies have either been paid or, if due and payable prior to First Closing, will be paid prior to the First Closing in accordance with the payment terms of each Insurance Policy.
