Time and Materials definition

Time and Materials means the time of the Consultants providing the Professional Services together with any materials provided by SoftCo in the provision of those services;
Time and Materials means a basis for calculation of Fees based on the time actually spent by TELVIVA resources in delivering a service which are to be charged at TELVIVA’s prevailing standard fee rates and which also includes payment by CUSTOMER for all expenses reasonably incurred by TELVIVA in delivering such service, including for materials, travel, accommodation and subsistence;
Time and Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3 (Definitions) of Exhibit A.4 (End User Support Services Statement of Work).

  • Contractors shall explain in their task order proposals any Loaded Hourly Labor Rates that exceed the rates in the GWAC or for new proposed labor categories (see Article H.1.1), and the OCO will determine the reasonableness of the pricing as defined in FAR 15.4, Pricing and FAR 16.601 Time and Materials Contracts.

More Definitions of Time and Materials

Time and Materials is the actual time to perform the specified tasks with the necessary resources or materials. . Development labor time will be tracked using job order numbers and will be billed monthly unless otherwise noted. . Travel and miscellaneous expenses will be billed at cost plus 5%. Travel expenses include: Private auto mileage at 30c per mile (latest rate as determined by the IRS). Parking, tolls and fares. Car rental, if required. Airfare, if required. Miscellaneous expenses include, but are not limited to: Rooms and meals away from home base, if required. . A purchase order for the full amount of any tooling must be provided to United Medical prior to UMM placing the order. . Payment terms are net 15 days after date of invoice. . Unless otherwise noted, any proposal or estimate is valid for 30 days.
Time and Materials means billing for the Services provided by OPERATOR to TCSD based on the time it takes OPERATOR to perform the Services times the OPERATOR’s hourly rate, as set forth in Appendix E.
