Small and medium sized enterprises 1 participation 1. The Parties recognize the importance of the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement. 2. The Parties also recognize the importance of business alliances between suppliers of each Party, and in particular between small and medium-sized enterprises, including the joint participation in tendering procedures. 3.
