Service Period definition

Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 4.02, (b) the date that is the two (2)-year anniversary of the Distribution Date and (c) the date specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto.

  • Unless Customer notifies Avaya by the close of the second Business Day following the Service Activation Date that the Cloud Services are not operational, the Service Period will commence on the Service Activation Date and will continue until expiration or termination of the Cloud Services.


More Definitions of Service Period

Service Period means the period as specified in Schedule 1;
