Software Applications. Marco will provide software applications included with the Product to create a standard and supportable computing environment which meets Minimum Specifications. Applications include antivirus, web content filtering, spam filtering and security awareness software. Failure to comply with Marco’s provided software applications may result in limitations of Support Desk Services.
Software Applications. All right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights embodied therein) in and to the System and will remain the sole and exclusive property of TESSALink. These Terms grant Customer no title or right of ownership in or to the System, or any component thereof including source code, or to any associated materials, documentation, intellectual property, or in or to any derivates of the System, enhancements, modifications or improvements thereto. Customer will not, at any time, take or cause any action, which would be inconsistent with or tend to impair the rights of TESSALink or its affiliates in the System. Distributor may develop, at its sole cost, any applications for its Territory which must be approved by Licensor which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Any applications developed by Distributor will be provided free of any cost to Licensor for use in its business.

To the extent LICENSEE (a) posts or (b) works with any third party to post any Software Applications on one (1) or more application download websites or stores for end user download, LICENSEE shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QTIL and each of its successors and assigns and each of its directors, officers, Affiliates, agents, employees and customers from all claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees), and other liabilities arising out of or related to LICENSEE’s use, operation, possession and/or distribution of the Licensed Software included in such Software Application, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Software Applications. Alliance is responsible for the licensing and maintenance and maintaining current levels of its Applications Systems set forth in Section 1 (B) of Schedule C. Alliance shall provide reasonable assistance to Equitable in changing any Equitable’s resources to higher, supported levels of operating system software and mainframe and telecommunications hardware.
Software Applications. Year 2000. All of the Owned and Licensed Software has been considered in Year 2000 remediation plans developed by the HPG Business. Except as otherwise set forth on Schedule B.19, Seller represents that to its knowledge the Owned Software will operate without interruption and/or malfunction due to the recognition and processing of dates on and beyond January 1, 2000, except to the extent that a failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the HPG Business ("Year 2000 Compliant").

GTA requires that the Qualified Contractor identify the top 5 most frequently used third party software applications and/or integrated solutions for Qualified Contractor's proposed wireless devices. Should your company not have a current contract with GTA, then you will provide a list of your top 5 third party software applications. GTA expects to see a confirmation, recorded in Appendix B, under the appropriate column heading that the Qualified Contractor will provide the certain Technical Requirement. Therefore, it would not be equitable to list any specific third-party vendors as the most frequently used to support or complement our products and services.
