Reasonable Endeavours definition

Reasonable Endeavours means, notwithstanding Force Majeure, the taking by the person subject to the obligation of all of the reasonable steps which a prudent and conscientious person having willingly undertaken the obligation would take to achieve the object of the obligation and in accordance with Prudent Operating Practice);
Reasonable Endeavours means it is agreed between STAL and the relevant one of the Authorities that the party under such an obligation shall not thereby be required to take proceedings (including any appeal) in any court, public inquiry or other hearing (unless expressly specified to the contrary) but SUBJECT THERETO such party shall be bound to make all reasonable attempts to fulfil the relevant obligation by the expenditure of such effort and / or sums of money and the engagement of such professional or other advisers as in all the circumstances may be reasonable; and
Reasonable Endeavours means that the party under such an obligation shall be bound to fulfil the relevant obligation by the necessary and proportionate expenditure of such effort and/or sums of money and the engagement of such professional or other advisers as in all the circumstances (including the importance to the other party of the fulfilment of the relevant obligation) are/is likely to be sufficient for the objective to which the endeavour relates
