Access to Our Services. ELIGIBILITY To use our Services, you must (1) be at least 16 years of age and (2) be either old enough to lawfully enter into this Agreement yourself or have your parent or legal guardian do so. THE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. IF YOU ARE 16 OR OLDER, BUT UNDER THE APPLICABLE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR PROVINCE OR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, THEN YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT WITH A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT. You hereby consent to our access to and collection of such personal information about you. By registering for the Services, you hereby authorize Style ID to send you emails and other communications. You agree to protect your password and not share your account with others. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not share, assign or otherwise transfer your account or login information to any other person or entity. You are responsible for any and all activities that are conducted through your account. Style ID shall be entitled to assume that a user presenting your username and password is, in fact, you. You agree to notify Style ID immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Style ID shall have the right at any time to change, modify or amend your username and password. You agree to provide correct information and keep it updated. You agree to only use our Services for personal reasons and not, for example, to compete with us. Access to Our Services. We will do our best to ensure that services are provided to you when you need it. But we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available or uninterrupted. We will suspend, withdraw, suspend or change all or part of our services without prior notice. You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements for access to our services. OnPay service is provided “as is”. OnPay and its service providers hereby waive any form of express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for specific purposes and non-infringement. Access to Our Services. Xxxxxxxx.xxx is for analyzing industry standard wide flange (W) shaped beams with applied loadings in various common scenarios associated with, but not limited to, their use with telescopic hydraulic gantry systems. We cannot determine through your use of this application Software any factors associated with the user’s intended purpose, and performance of any work using the results generated by the Software. Further, we cannot determine the quality, usage history, suitability, current state, and any other factors related to a particular individual piece of equipment. The Software only renders industry accepted calculations for a particular lifting scenario using wide flange beams.

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Cellutell Communications, Inc. access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Cellutell Communications, Inc. to obtain the technical Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim. Notwithstanding this, we endeavour to always act in your best interest. As intermediaries, we offer a wide range of insurance products and have access to many leading insurance companies and the Lloyd’s market. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered.   • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount of 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS1 and DS-3 Access Service.

Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.
