Products and Services definition

Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

Products and Services. All products or services sold, rented, leased, rendered or otherwise made available to its customers by the Company and its Subsidiaries, or otherwise the subject of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Products and Services means any of the Products and Services, with the exception of the Priority Worldwide service, offered for sale as described in the Canada Postal Guide or other Canada Post publication of application to commercial customers generally, including the applicable Customer Guide.

• Upon Contract execution and throughout the Contract term, Supplier must provide to Sourcewell a current means to validate or authenticate Supplier’s authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers relative to the Equipment, Products, and Services offered under this Contract, which will be incorporated into this Contract by reference.

• Any variation will be effective from the date specified in the notice provided to you (“Variation Effective Date”) and if the Customer makes orders or accepts quotes for Products and Services after the Variation Effective Date the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the variation.

• The Customer shall have no claim with regard to Products and Services which have already been processed, redelivered, altered or in any way utilised by the Customer.

More Definitions of Products and Services

Products and Services means the On-premise Software, On-demand Services, Managed Services, or Professional Services, as set out in the Sales Order.

Products and Services means any goods, products or services manufactured, provided or supplied to or by the Company, including, but not limited to, those products supplied in relation to the Services;

Products and Services means the products and/or services offered by the Company at the time of the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason.

Products and Services means all products, goods, services and advice provided by Dalton Electrical to the Customer and shall include without limitation all electrical, lighting, heating and security products and services and all charges for labour, hire charges, insurance charges or any fee or charge associated with the supply of products and services by Dalton Electrical to the Customer.

Products and Services means the Company’s commercially available products and services that Customer has purchased either directly from Company or through one of Company’s authorized channel partners.

Products and Services means Products and Professional Services. Product and Professional Service availability may vary by region and applicability of this DPA to specific Products and Professional Services is subject to the limitations in the Scope section in this DPA.

Products and Services means (i) snack foods and (ii) the products and/or services offered by the Company or its Affiliates at the time of, or during the 12 month period prior to, the Termination Date.
