Additional Products and Services definition

Additional Products and Services means all products and services provided by GS1 South Africa other than the GS1 system, including, without limitation, all training, testing, consultancy and data synchronisation services (such as DATAnet.za).
Additional Products and Services means any additional products and/or services which we agree to provide to you as set out in an Application Form.
Additional Products and Services means the Products and Services in excess of the quantities set forth in Schedule C.

Examples of Additional Products and Services in a sentence

  • Upon satisfying the minimum order requirements above, Enrolled Affiliate may order Additional Products and Services.

  • In addition, you have the option of applying for Additional Products and Services, for which service fees may be charged.

  • We may offer Additional Products and Services, for which we may charge You additional fees and charges (in addition to Fee) and which will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

  • Additional Products and Services means all products and services provided by GS1 South Africa other than the GS1 system, including, without limitation, all training, testing, consultancy and data synchronisation services (such as GDSN, GS1 Cloud).

  • From time to time, We or other Providers may make Additional Products and Services available to You.

  • We do not warrant or support Additional Products and Services under this Agreement, even if We are the Provider or the Additional Products and Services are designated by Us as “certified,” “authorized” or otherwise.

  • From time to time, parties may mutually agree to establish purchase arrangements for additional Products and Services and/or other Buyer locations ("Additional Products and Services"), and pricing for such Additional Products and Services shall be established pursuant to Article 3.

  • Additional Products and Services or APS: means vehicle service contracts, mechanical breakdown contracts, GAP contracts, credit life and credit ac- cident and health insurance.

  • Fees and Taxes for any Additional Products and Services shall be charged upon execution of the applicable order.

  • On May 1, 1998 and on the first of each month thereafter throughout the Term, the Owner will deliver to the Vendor written forecasts (a "Forecast") specifying its best estimate of the quantity of each type of Additional Products and Services that the Owner and its Affiliates expects to purchase on a month to month basis during the twelve (12) months following the date of such Forecast (a "Forecast Period").

Additional Products and Services means those Products and/or Services, respectively, which are ordered by the Owner on or after January 1, 1998 pursuant to a Purchase Order.
Additional Products and Services means any, some, or all of the following that You acquire from a Provider for use with the CustomerGauge Services and are not governed by these Terms including:
Additional Products and Services means the Products and Services (if any) in addition to the Products and Services which the Company agrees to provide to the Client pursuant to this Agreement;

Additional Products and Services. In the event you regularly and/or meaningfully exceed the Defined Concurrent Users or Data Storage Capacity, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees commensurate with the overage(s).

Related to Additional Products and Services

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
