Insurance Requirements. Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non‐renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing. Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that when Vendor or its subcontractors are liable for any damages or claims, Vendor’s policy, shall be primary over any other valid and collectible insurance carried by the Member or TIPS. General Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate Automobile Liability: $300,000 Includes owned, hired & non‐owned Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits for the jurisdiction in which the Vendor performs under this Agreement. If Vendor performs in multiple jurisdictions, Vendor shall maintain the statutory limits for the jurisdiction with the greatest dollar policy limit requirement. Insurance Requirements. Vendor/Contractor agrees to maintain on a primary basis and at its sole expense, at all times throughout the duration of this contract the following types of insurance coverage with limits and on forms (including endorsements) as described herein. These requirements, as well as the County’s review or acceptance of insurance maintained by Vendor/Contractor is not intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities assumed by Vendor/Contractor under this contract. Vendor/Contractor is required to maintain any coverage required by federal and state workers’ compensation or financial responsibility laws including but not limited to Chapter 324 and 440, Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time. The Vendor/Contractor shall require and ensure that each of its sub-Vendors/sub- Contractors providing services hereunder (if any) procures and maintains until the completion of their respective services, insurance of the types and to the limits specified herein. Insurance carriers providing coverage required herein must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida and must possess a current A.M. Best’s Financial Strength Rating of A- Class VIII or better. (Note: State licenses can be checked via xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/ and A.M. Best Ratings are available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx)
Insurance Requirements. Prior to the provision of services under this Contract, the Subrecipient agrees to purchase all required insurance at Subrecipient’s expense, including all endorsements required herein, necessary to satisfy the County that the insurance provisions of this Contract have been complied with. Subrecipient agrees to keep such insurance coverage, Certificates of Insurance, and endorsements on deposit with the County during the entire term of this Contract. In addition, all subcontractors performing work on behalf of Subrecipient pursuant to this Contract shall obtain insurance subject to the same terms and conditions as set forth herein for Subrecipient. Subrecipient shall ensure that all subcontractors performing work on behalf of Subrecipient pursuant to this Contract shall be covered under Subrecipient’s insurance as an Additional Insured or maintain insurance subject to the same terms and conditions as set forth herein for Subrecipient. Subrecipient shall not allow subcontractors to work if subcontractors have less than the level of coverage required by County from Subrecipient under this Contract. It is the obligation of Subrecipient to provide notice of the insurance requirements to every subcontractor and to receive proof of insurance prior to allowing any subcontractor to begin work. Such proof of insurance must be maintained by Subrecipient through the entirety of this Contract for inspection by County representative(s) at any reasonable time. All self-insured retentions (SIRs) shall be clearly stated on the Certificate of Insurance. Any self- insured retention (SIR) in an amount in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) shall specifically be approved by the County’s Risk Manager, or designee, upon review of Subrecipient’s current audited financial report. If Subrecipient’s SIR is approved, Subrecipient, in addition to, and without limitation of, any other indemnity provision(s) in this Contract, agrees to all of the following:

Insurance Requirements. The Contractor, throughout the term of this Contract, or as otherwise required by this Contract, shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect, the following insurance with limits not less than those described below and as required by the terms of this Contract, or as required by law, whichever is greater (limits may be provided through a combination of primary and umbrella/excess policies):
Insurance Requirements. Tenant will not do or permit to be done any act or thing that will increase the insurance risk under any policy of insurance covering the Premises. If the premium for such policy of insurance increases due to a breach of Tenant’s obligations under this Agreement, Tenant will pay the additional amount of premium as additional rent under this Agreement.

Insurance Requirements. The Grantee shall, prior to beginning work, provide proof of insurance coverage in a form satisfactory to the Sponsor, which shall not withhold approval unreasonably. The coverages and minimum levels required by this contract are set forth below and shall be in effect for all times that work is being done pursuant to this Contract. No work on the Project or pursuant to this Contract shall begin until all insurance obligations herein are met to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, which shall not unreasonably withhold approval. Self-insurance shall not be permitted unless consent is given by the Sponsor prior to execution of the Agreement and may require submission of financial information for analysis. Deductible levels shall be provided in writing from the Grantee’s insurer and will be no more than $25,000.00 per occurrence. Said insurance shall be written on an OCCURRENCE basis, and shall be PRIMARY, with any insurance coverage maintained by the Sponsor being secondary or excess.
Insurance Requirements. Without limiting any of the other obligations or liabilities of the Contractor, the Contractor shall secure and maintain at its own cost and expense, throughout the duration of this Contract and until the work is completed and accepted by the City of Joplin, insurance of such types and in such amounts as may be necessary to protect it and the interests of the City of Joplin against all hazards or risks of loss as hereunder specified or which may arise out of the performance of the Contract Documents. The form and limits of such insurance, together with the underwriter thereof in each case, are subject to approval by the City of Joplin. The certificates of insurance, including evidence of the required endorsements hereunder or the policies, shall be filed with the City within ten (10) days after the date of the receipt of Notice of Award of the Contract to the Contractor and prior to the start of work. All insurance policies shall require that the insurance company in question provide thirty (30) days written notice prior to modification or cancellation of such insurance.
