The Adviser has entered into a Sub-Advisory Agreement with the Sub-Adviser dated April 24, 2003 (the "Sub-Advisory Agreement"). Collectively the Management Agreement, Administration Agreement and Sub-Advisory Agreement are herein referred to as the "Adviser Agreements." The Adviser shall, subject to review by the Board of Trustees, furnish such other services as the Adviser shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Contract.
