Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.
Storage of Materials. Materials shall be stored so as to assure the preservation of their quality and fitness for the work. Stored materials, even though approved before storage, may again be inspected prior to their use in the work. Stored materials shall be located so as to facilitate their prompt inspection. The Contractor shall coordinate the storage of all materials with the Owner. Materials to be stored on airport property shall not create an obstruction to air navigation nor shall they interfere with the free and unobstructed movement of aircraft. Unless otherwise shown on the plans, the storage of materials and the location of the Contractor's plant and parked equipment or vehicles shall be as directed by the Owner. Private property shall not be used for storage purposes without written permission of the owner or lessee of such property. The Contractor shall make all arrangements and bear all expenses for the storage of materials on private property. Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish the Owner a copy of the property owner's permission. All storage sites on private or airport property shall be restored to their original condition by the Contractor at his/her entire expense, except as otherwise agreed to (in writing) by the owner or lessee of the property.

Unless otherwise provided, any portion of the project site within the Project Contract Limit not required for public travel may be used for storage purposes and for the Contractor’s plant and equipment. Any additional space required shall be provided by the Contractor at its expense subject to the Project Manager’s acceptance. Contractor shall store materials on wooden platforms or other hard, clean surfaces and covered to protect it from the weather and damage. Stored materials shall be located to allow prompt inspection.

Storage of Materials. Cement shall be kept dry and used in rotation of deliveries. If delivered in bags these shall be stored off the ground in a well ventilated and weatherproof shed used exclusively for this purpose. The shed is to be sufficiently large to contain a working stock and provided with partitions or such other means as may be necessary, to ensure the effectual separation of the various consignments and type of cement. Stacking of cement in bags over a height of ten bags will not be permitted. Cement may be delivered in bulk containers provided additional suitable arrangements are made for bulk storage on site to the approval of the Architect/Engineer. Aggregates shall be stored at mixer positions on drained concrete paved areas, with xxxxx dividing walls between different sizes and types of aggregates. It shall be allowed to stand for at least 24 hours before being used. Reinforcement shall be stored by type, size and length, either off the ground or on clean surfaced areas, and shall be kept free from rust .
Storage of Materials. Cements and limes shall be stored off the ground, under cover and away from damp, and in such manner to enable then to be used in rotation in order of delivery. Sands shall be stored separately according to type on clean, hard dry standing and protected from contamination. Sands for pointing shall be stored separately, away from other sands and shall be obtained in sufficient quantity at one time to enable materials or the approved colour to be used for the whole of the work. Precast concrete blocks and lourvre or grille blocks and clay bricks and blocks shall be open stacked to permit ventilation and protected from the sun, rain and rising damp.

Borrower shall not purchase or order materials for delivery more than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled incorporation of such materials into the Improvements.

Subject to the Project Budget, Lender shall make disbursements of the Loan to pay for Construction Costs actually incurred by Borrower for stored materials required in connection with the construction of the Project, provided that: (a) such materials are in accordance with the Plans and Specifications approved by Lender; (b) such materials are securely stored, properly inventoried, and clearly stenciled or otherwise marked to indicate that they are the property of Borrower; (c) such materials, if stored off-site, are stored in a bonded warehouse or with a contractor, materialman or fabricator who bears the risk of loss until delivery and installation of such materials in the Project as part of the work in place, and who has, if requested by Lender, supplied a bond securing such contractor’s, materialman’s or fabricator’s obligation to so deliver and install, such bond shall be issued by a company, in an amount and in form and substance satisfactory to Lender and shall name Lender as a dual obligee; (d) the bills of sale and contracts under which such materials are being provided shall be, if requested by Lender, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender; (e) such materials are insured against casualty, loss and theft in a manner satisfactory to Lender; (f) Borrower owns such materials free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any nature whatsoever and establishes such ownership by evidence satisfactory to Lender; and (g) Borrower executes and delivers to Lender such additional security documents as Lender shall reasonably deem necessary to create and perfect a first lien in such materials as additional security for the Note.
Storage of Materials. The Contractor shall provide, erect and maintain proper sheds for the storage and protection of the materials etc. and also for the execution of Work which may be prepared on the Site.

The contractor shall deposit materials in such parts only of the ground as may be approved by the Superintending Engineer He shall submit for the approval of the Superintending Engineer before starting the work, a detailed site survey clearly indicating the locations where materials shall be stored and sheds built. Such of the land, as is vested in the Corporation around the site, shall be given to the contractor. A monthly land rent of Rs.2 per ground will be charged. If any extra space is required the contractor should make his own arrangement with private parties. Storage sites be vacated immediately upon completion cleared of all surplus materials and debris and restored as neatly as possible to their original condition by the contractor at his expense. Materials shall be stored as to insure the preservation of their quality and fitness for the work. When considered necessary by the Superintending Engineer they shall be placed on wooden platforms or other hard, clean surfaces and not on the ground. They shall be placed under cover when so directed and the contractor shall erect and maintain at his own cost temporary weather proof sheds for the purpose. Stored materials shall be so located as to facilitate prompt inspection.
