ON-SITE WORK. In the event that Seller or its representatives are performing installation or other on-site services related to the purchase of any goods by Xxxxxx, then Xxxxxx may issue additional specifications and conditions to such on-site services. Seller shall indemnify Xxxxxx and hold it harmless against all claims or losses resulting from any personal injury or property damage claim resulting from any work performed by Seller's employees, agents or subcontractors at Xxxxxx'x premises.

The I-9 form should be signed by the company Facility Security Officer or the company Human Resource Department. In addition to the I-9 form, Contractors shall also bring their birth certificate, current United States Passport or naturalization certificate and state issued ID to the NSWCPD Security Officer at the time of badge request to verify citizenship. Finally, contractors shall supply a copy of their OPSEC Training Certificate or other proof that the training has been completed.

When the Employer requires a qualified member/s to perform such work, the Employer agrees to send such shop employees.These employees shall receive the current wages and other applicable benefits provided by the CMAW Standard Commercial/Institutional Construction Agreement. In the event the Employer requires staff to also negotiate/resolve contractual or warranty issues with clients in addition to minor repairs or finishing, the Employer may opt to utilize a non-bargaining unit employee to do so.
ON-SITE WORK. The Project Manager and their team will work with the appointed contractor to manage the work once it starts. ‘Meet the Contractor’ events will be arranged as appropriate to formally introduce contractors to residents and vice versa. Larger projects may have a designated Liaison Officer from the contractor, to respond to residents’ queries and liaise with them to arrange access if that is required. The Major Works team may also utilise a Clerk of Works to ensure that the quality of both materials and workmanship meets the required standard. The estate team will also play a role in providing information to residents and relaying any questions or concerns to colleagues in the Major Works team. Major works are subject to rules about noise, pollution and working times. These are agreed at the outset and enforced by the City Corporation’s Pollution Control Team.

ON-SITE WORK. ‌ Contractor shall, at all times during the progress of the work, keep the site free from accumulation of waste matter, rubbish, and debris. At the completion of the work, all excess materials shall be removed from the site. The Contractor shall at all times during the progress of the work, keep the corridors free from accumulation of waste matter, rubbish, and debris. Access for Authorized User personnel must be maintained at all times and meet the prescribed fire and safety regulations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment, if applicable or required by prevailing codes. Contractor’s employees must wear these items when required. If Contractor’s employees do not comply with these requirements, they will be asked to leave, and the Contractor will be responsible to make up any time lost. All safety equipment must be provided at no additional cost to the Authorized User. Services performed on-site by Contractor’s personnel shall be rendered according to additional requirements as determined by the Authorized User.
ON-SITE WORK. As the on-site operator, Au Mining will be responsible for all on-site operations of the new development, including, but not limited to, project progress, hiring and supervising personnel, procuring equipment and supplies, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, etc.
