ON-SITE WORK. In the event that Seller or its representatives are performing installation or other on-site services related to the purchase of any goods by Xxxxxx, then Xxxxxx may issue additional specifications and conditions to such on-site services. Seller shall indemnify Xxxxxx and hold it harmless against all claims or losses resulting from any personal injury or property damage claim resulting from any work performed by Seller's employees, agents or subcontractors at Xxxxxx'x premises.
