New development definition

New development means development resulting from the conversion of previously undeveloped land or agricultural land uses.
New development means land disturbing activities; structural development, including construction or installation of a building or structure, creation of impervious surfaces; and land subdivision.

More Definitions of New development

New development means land disturbing activities, including Class IV – general forest practices that are conversions from timber land to other uses; structural development, including construction or installation of a building or other structure; creation of hard surfaces; and subdivision, short subdivision and binding site plans, as defined and applied in Chapter 58.17 RCW. Projects meeting the definition of redevelopment shall not be considered new development.
New development means construction of a residential structure on a legal lot which has not been the site of previous residential construction for which a building permit is required.
New development means all construction activity that is not defined as redevelopment.
New development means, as of any Calculation Date, (a) any Project which was a Project Under Development during the most recently-ended Annual Period as to which conditions (a), (b) and (c) as provided for in the definition of Projects Under Development have been satisfied, and (b) any Project acquired during the most recently-ended Annual Period, such Project(s) being a New Development only for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months (or such shorter period as Borrower may elect).
