WHEN REQUIRED definition

WHEN REQUIRED means that the work operation, function or job duty is usually and normally performed after or as a direct result of an order or request from recognized supervisory personnel and/or means that it is required infrequently or when exceptional circumstances exist.

  • Margin Requirement means the amount of money that you are required to deposit with us as consideration for entering into a Trade and maintaining an Open Position.

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of RFQ;

  • Conversion Request A Notice given by the Borrower to Bank of the Borrower's election to convert or continue a Loan therewith in accordance with Section 2.1A hereof.

  • Minimum Participation Requirements means a set of minimum training, risk management, communication and capital or collateral requirements required for Participants in the PJM Markets, as set forth herein and in the Form of Annual Certification set forth as Tariff, Attachment Q, Appendix 1. Participants transacting in FTRs in certain circumstances will be required to demonstrate additional risk management procedures and controls as further set forth in the Annual Certification found in Tariff, Attachment Q, Appendix 1.

The undersigned agrees that if at some future time it wishes to dispose of or exchange any of the Privately Offered Certificates, it will not transfer or exchange any of the Privately Offered Certificates to a Qualified Institutional Buyer without first obtaining a Rule 144A and Related Matters Certificate in the form hereof from the transferee and delivering such certificate to the addressees hereof. Prior to making any transfer of Privately Offered Certificates, if the proposed Transferee is an institutional "accredited investor," the transferor shall obtain from the transferee and deliver to the addressees hereof an Investment Letter in the form attached to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2002, among Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Inc., Wells Fargo Bank Mixxxxxta, National Association, EMC Mortgage Corporation and Bank One, National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to Certificates were issued.   • Technically permissible maximum laden mass means the maximum mass allocated to a vehicle on the basis of its construction features and its design performances.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all applicable (i) Data Protection Laws, (ii) Privacy Policies and (iii) those terms of any Contracts imposing obligations on the Company or its Subsidiaries with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Revolver Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).

  • Extension Request means any Term Loan Extension Request or a Revolver Extension Request, as the case may be.
