Contractor Personnel definition

Contractor Personnel means all employees of Contractor or any Permitted Subcontractors involved in the performance of Services hereunder.

Contractor Personnel means and refers to Contractor’s employees and employees of Contractor’s permitted subcontractors or permitted agents assigned by Contractor to perform Services under this Contract.

Contractor Personnel means all employees and agents of Contractor, all Subcontractors and all employees and agents of any Subcontractor, involved in the performance of Services.

Examples of Contractor Personnel in a sentence

• Contractor Personnel requiring access to USAC IT Systems will be required to sign USAC’s IT Security Rules of Behavior Form and complete mandatory IT Security and Privacy Awareness Online Training before being given access to USAC IT Systems.

• If at any time the Construction Contractor Personnel violate any Law or if it otherwise violates a Construction Contract, that Construction Contractor Personnel shall either cease and desist from continuing such non-permitted use and forthwith upon demand of Campus Safety Officers or the University Vice President for Administration and Enrollment that person may be escorted from the Campus or other University Real Property and may be prohibited from returning to the University Real Property.

• USAC may require that Contractor Personnel use a USAC.org email address when providing Services.

• If Contractor Personnel will be in USAC offices or have access to USAC IT systems, background checks are required pursuant to NIST.

• USAC has no obligation to make any payments to Contractor Personnel.

More Definitions of Contractor Personnel

Contractor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Contractor and/or of any sub-contractor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Contract, pursuant to Condition 4;

Contractor Personnel. ’ means the operators, drivers, helpers, office staff and other personnel who are deployed by the Contractor for providing the Services.

Contractor Personnel means all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the CONTRACTOR and/or of any Sub-Contractor. CONTRACTOR Proposals has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 6.2.3 of Schedule 2-14.
