Project Work. PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project Work. Residents must not use cutting knifes or equipment on furniture, counters, tables and other surfaces as this can cause permanent damage. If a resident has a project that requires use of a sharp implement, then they must acquire a piece of appropriate material to cut on. Residents must ensure that they thoroughly protect surfaces if painting posters or other projects to avoid staining walls, floor coverings, carpet and other surfaces.
Project Work. 2.1 All parties to this Agreement shall use reasonable efforts to perform the Project substantially in accordance with the Statement of Work described in Attachment II, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. COMPANY and UNH represent that all work and services provided under this Agreement will conform to high professional standards in the field.

Project Work. 3.1 UMB agrees to commence performance of the Project Work promptly after the Effective Date of this Agreement, and will undertake to perform the Project Work substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Sponsor and UMB may amend the Project Work at any time in accordance with Section 17.3. Each party will work diligently and in good faith to accomplish the goals and objectives of this Agreement. Any modification to the Project Work will be executed in writing by the duly authorized representative of each Party and will thereafter, as amended or modified, be incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Project Work. Sometimes it is necessary for CE to seek bid proposals for curriculum development (which may include both curriculum development and content delivery). In such circumstances, it will solicit bids from faculty who have expressed an interest as noted above and from other vendors and will, in its sole discretion, select the provider best suited to its needs. In awarding the bid, it may award all of the work to a single vendor or divide the work among the bidders in accordance with the terms of the bid proposal.

Project Work. For any project work we agree with you this will be subject to a minimum fee of £750 (plus VAT, if applicable). Project fees cover work, which generally does not end in a new product being taken out, such as review of existing policies and retirement forecasts, and therefore will likely be subject to VAT. Fees will be based on an adviser hourly rate of £225ph (plus VAT, if applicable). Construct roads between the following road points according to the specifications in Exhibit B: Point C to D. General Comments • Construct landing at Point D. • Shape outsloped subgrade with road grader on all constructed roads. • STATE has flagged the road centerline location with blue flagging and posted “right-of-way” cutting boundaries with fluorescent pink flagging and “right-of-way” posters on the portion of road to be constructed that is not within the timber sale as shown on Exhibit A. Project No. 2. Improve roads between the following road points according to the specifications in Exhibits B and C: Points A to B and B to C. Additional Road Improvement Requirements • On road segment A to B (0+00 to 70+30), pull ditch as needed, crown, and shape with a road grader. • On road segments A to B (70+30 to 92+30) and B to C, shape outsloped roads with a road grader. • Re-open road segment B to C with a dozer. • On road segment A to B: Clean cross-drain culvert catch basins to 6 inches below the inlet and to a dimension of 3 feet in diameter at the bottom. Clean intermittent stream culvert inlets to streambed depth and remove debris (standing trees, downed wood, and boulders) that could plug the culvert for a minimum distance of 10 feet upstream. Clean sediment and debris from the outlet end of all culverts to provide free drainage of water away from the outlet. Clean stream culverts during low to no-flow conditions (July 1 through September 30).
Project Work. The Employer and the Union shall endeavour to obtain work in addition to that required by the maintenance contract with the Ministry of Transportation. The Employer and the Union may, without prejudice, mutually agree to amend the terms of the collective agreement to obtain such additional work.
