Authorized User Personnel definition

Authorized User Personnel means an employee, agents, or subcontractors to whom User authorizes access to or to whom User discloses PHI protected by the terms of this Agreement.

  • The User agrees to maintain documentation that all Authorized User Personnel working with said PHI have completed the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI) web-based training package on issues relating to human subjects research.

  • User agrees that access to data shall be limited solely to Authorized User Personnel, who shall be made aware of and agree to comply with the terms of this DUA by signing onto this DUA.

  • User and its Authorized User Personnel will not utilize, or attempt to utilize, any LoginID of another User.

  • User shall be responsible for protection of LoginIDs, including (i) providing notification to the help desk or as otherwise set out in the Operating Procedures of any loss or suspected loss of a LoginID and (ii) imposing obligations on its Authorized User Personnel to comply with the requirements set out in these terms and conditions in respect of LoginID and those contained in User’s own security policies.

  • E.3. Time Verification The Contractor Service Personnel shall be required to sign in and sign out on the Job Log (see Attachment B “Job Log”) the actual time worked with an Authorized User Personnel, for all on-site services provided.

  • Authorized Users means employees or contractors of the Licensee who regularly work at Your Workplace who use the Software.

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Authorized Personnel means the employees of the Licensee and personnel from third parties who work on behalf of the Licensee under a contract (which shall include confidentiality clause) entered into and between the Licensee and the third party.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA.   • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.
