Outside Work. All work necessary to the assembling, installation, erection, operation, maintenance, repair, control, in- spection and supervision of all electrical apparatus, devices, wires, cables, supports, insulators, conduc- tors, ducts and raceways when part of distributing systems outside of buildings, railroads and outside the directly related railroad property and yards. In- stalling and maintaining the catenary and trolley work on railroad property, and bonding of rails. All underground ducts and cables when they are in- stalled by and are part of the system of a distrib- uting company, except in power stations during new construction, including ducts and cables to adjacent switch racks or substations. All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.

Therefore, an Employer who contracts for electrical work is a person, firm or corporation having these qualifications and whose principal business is Elec- trical Contracting and who maintains a permanent place of business and an adequate financial status to meet payroll requirements.

If Bidder is submitting proposal for Inside Work AND Outside Work, they must complete all sections marked with * for Outside work. • Bidders who only wish to submit a bid for Inside Work do NOT need to complete sections marked with *. Limited responses may receive lower scoring than those that demonstrate understanding and mastery of the subject matter.
Outside Work. An employee’s primary employment responsibility is to the job the employee has with the City. Any employee who wishes to engage in employment outside a City position shall first submit a written request to their department head and receive approval for same before engaging in any such employment. Such outside employment shall not adversely affect job performance or create a conflict of interest with the employee’s City position. Employees soliciting outside work within San Leandro that is similar to that performed for the City shall not: Solicit work on City time; Solicit work which overlaps City work (for example: Private tree work adjacent to City maintained trees); or Utilize City uniforms, or wear clothing that is similar to City uniforms.
Outside Work. Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of this Agreement must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Program Director and the Vice President of Medical Affairs. The primary responsibility of the House Staff Member is to this Agreement, and House Staff Member shall not be required to engage in any outside work. Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance is not provided to house staff members engaged in other work activities outside the scope of this Agreement. House staff members working pursuant to a training or temporary license are not eligible to work outside of the Program for any reason.
Outside Work. The Employee is free to engage in other work whilst employed by the PCC (paid or voluntary) provided that such work does not prevent the Employee from fully discharging his/her duties under this Contract and does not bring the Church into disrepute.
Outside Work. The Board understands that it has no control of a teacher’s time after the official school working day and obligations have been met provided such activity does not interfere with employee performance. It is the concern of the Board, however, that during the School District paid working day, the employee devote full time to his/her school obligations. No outside commitment for which the teachers may derive compensation are to be made for teacher time during the regular working day that is part of the teacher’s contract. Exceptions to this Agreement may be approved by the Board of Education. If approved, and if fees are involved, then the individual has a choice of accepting the District pay rate or the fee to be received.
Outside Work. 22.01 An employee assigned to field work at a job site located away from the plant property shall receive a ten percent (10%) premium for all hours so worked.
Outside Work. All work is to be completed in the M-T-M Space only. No work is to be performed in the common areas or other tenant spaces without the Landlord’s prior approval.
Outside Work. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to faithfully, diligently, and to the best of Executive’s ability, devote Executive’s entire business time and best efforts, energies, skills and experience to the discharge of Executive’s duties and responsibilities hereunder. Without the consent of the Chief Executive Officer or President, Executive will not take any other employment or be involved in any other business for remuneration. Executive shall not be involved in any activities which would prevent Executive from devoting Executive’s full attention and energies to the requirements of Executive’s position at the Company, but with the approval of the Board of Directors, not to be unreasonably withheld, may reasonably be engaged in civic and charitable endeavors so long as such civic or charitable endeavors and are not in conflict or competitive with, or adverse to, the interests of the Company.
