Additional Specifications. Proposal must also include: • A complete description and scope of services that the company is able to provide. • A fixed hourly rate schedule for skilled labor for regular time, premium time and holidays. • A fixed hourly rate scheduled for general labor for regular time, premium time and holidays. • Terms and conditions of general warranties covering work performed. • Material cost plus percentage discount from the manufacturer’s list price • Repairs may be immediately authorized up to $750.00.
