Bargaining Unit Employee. The term "bargaining unit employee" shall mean any COUNTY employee who is a member of the bargaining unit as described in Article 1, RECOGNITION, Section A.

Bargaining Unit Employee or “Bargaining Unit Member” means a person occupying a position covered by the ASEA Management Unit (ASEAMU) Collective Bargaining Agreement.

More Definitions of Bargaining Unit Employee

Bargaining Unit Employee means an Eligible Employee who is covered under a collective bargaining agreement between employee representatives and a Participating Employer.
