Site Operations. Where appropriate, the City will arrange for right of entry to any property at the request of the Consultant for the purpose of performing studies, tests and evaluations in connection with the Work.
Site Operations. The Manager shall monitor and manage each Owner's property rights associated with the Sites, make periodic inspections of the Sites for needed repairs, arrange for all such repairs determined to be necessary or appropriate, and otherwise provide for the maintenance of the Sites, including using commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Tenants install their equipment in accordance with the terms of the relevant Lease and that all Sites are maintained in compliance in all material respects with any applicable FAA and FCC regulations, the terms of any applicable Ground Lease or Easement and any other applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Manager shall arrange for all utilities, services, equipment and supplies necessary for the management, operation, maintenance and servicing of the Sites in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Leases, the Site Management Agreements and applicable law. All utility contracts shall be in the name of the applicable Owner with all notices to be addressed to such Owner in care of the Manager, at the Manager's address. The Manager shall perform on behalf of each Owner any obligation reasonably required of such Owner pursuant to any Site Management Agreement, agency agreement, or other agreement related to the Sites (other than the payment of amounts due from the Owners thereunder, which payments shall be paid out of the Operating Account as provided herein). If any Owner is obligated to or otherwise undertakes any alterations or improvements to a Site, the Manager shall arrange for such alteration or improvement on the Owner's behalf.
Site Operations. In order to prevent any unreasonable disturbance or interruption of District’s activities, subject to the provisions of the Lease, Provider shall accommodate District’s normal operations schedule and scope of activities conducted on the Site during construction and on-going operation of the Solar Facility pursuant to this Agreement.
Site Operations. The GRANTEE will be responsible for all aspects day-to-day operations of each site. Operations will include property management services, maintenance, repairs, security and landscaping. Operations will also include planning and execution of onsite services. Finally, operations also includes development of management plans for the site that addresses: a) security, hours of operation and other property management issues and b) public health and safety related workplace safety protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Santa Xxxxx Public Health Department.

2.3 Only Contractor’s management with Owner’s approval will be allowed to park in the Site. All craft shall park in designated areas and such designated areas will be in close proximity to the Site. Contractor may utilize vehicles, including the use of buses, to transport Contractor’s personnel if necessary.
2.4 Contractor is limited on the number of (staff-type) vehicles for job site travel. The number of vehicles is subject to Owner approval. No personal vehicles shall be used for traveling through the Site. Vehicles on the Site shall be clearly marked with the company name. Golf carts or other similar utility vehicles may be used on this Project, and Contractor shall notify Owner in writing by prior to bringing any such vehicles to the Site.

2.6 All Contractor Party and personal vehicles must be registered with [***].
2.7 All tools and equipment brought by Contractor onto the Site must carry a unique Contractor identifying xxxx.
2.8 Hard hats must be color-coded by Contractor and the color must be approved by the Owner. Contractor supervision personnel shall wear white hard hats with similar markings.
2.9 All [***] postings, including road speed limits, will be observed by everyone on the property. Violators will be subject to disciplinary action that may include being barred from the Site and/or from [***].
2.10 Contractor’s activities shall not impede or restrict [***] and/or Site’s parking or traffic flow without prior written approval.
2.11 Other work may be in progress in the vicinity of Contractor’s Work, which may require additional coordination and safety precautions on the part of the Contractor. As a result, the Contractor understands that it may be required to observe additional safety precautions and implement other measures necessary to cooperate with other contractors and to coordinate its Work with the work of others contractors or [***] personnel. The Contractor shall cooperate and coordinate with, and not interfere with or obstruct other contractors.
2.12 The Contractor, Subcontractor(s), and their employees shall adhere to the directives of the Owner’s field representative regarding parking, Site access, and other matters affecting the Site or [***] operations at no additional cost to Owner.

Site Operations. If the Services include visit(s) to site(s) by the Consultant's personnel the Client shall be responsible for the safety of the Consultant's personnel and the Consultant shall be relieved from performance of the Services whilst it considers the site to be unsafe. The Consultant shall not be deemed to have assumed the role of occupier, or otherwise to have assumed control of or responsibility for a site or personnel on it. If the Consultant is authorised to direct or supervise the work of any others, the Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant from and against any claims arising therefrom, even to the extent of the Consultant's negligence. The Consultant shall take reasonable care to minimise damage to property, including utilities and other sub-surface obstructions the likely position of which has been notified to the Consultant (in writing). If, notwithstanding such precautions and endeavours, any such property is damaged, the Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant from and against all consequences of such event, even to the extent of the Consultant's negligence.

The Contractor is not to undertake any activities that would compromise the intent of the Environmental Management Plan for the site. The site is under rehabilitation with stockpiled soil material to be used for future revegetation/rehabilitation. The Contractor is to undertake rehabilitation works as per Xxxxxx 6 of this Works Specification.
