Included: All non-professional permanent employees and temporary employees with appointments of 90 days or more of the Defense Commissary Agency, XX Xxxxx Support Facility, Oakdale, Pennsylvania. Excluded: All professional employees, management officials, supervisors, and employees described in 5 U.S.C. 7112(b) (2), (3), (4), (6) and (7). Included: All employees of the Defense Commissary Store located at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. Included. All full-time and permanent part-time employees of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners in the classifications set forth in Attachment I. EXCLUDED: All other employees including temporary, "will call" employees, supervisory employees with the level or position of section head, assistant directors and division and department heads, employees presently represented by a certified bargaining representative, managerial and confidential employees as defined by Chapter 447, Part II, Florida Statutes, and professional employees. Whenever the County seeks to establish a new or modify existing, job classifications and/or pay ranges it shall be done in accordance with the procedures outlined below.

Included a. All adjunct faculty teaching credit courses at a College/University during the regular academic year. Summer session, pre-session and inter-session courses are not considered as employment to confer eligibility for inclusion in the unit. However, an adjunct faculty member who teaches in the summer session, pre-session or inter-session will be included in the unit during such summer session, pre-session or inter- session if he/she has been included in the unit in the preceding fall or spring semester.
Included. All regular full and part-time non-professional non-exempt employees employed by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners at its Department of Port Everglades in the classifications set forth in Appendix A-1.

Tenant agrees not to carry on any type of business and/or criminal type activity within the premises. Tenant agrees to return premises in its original state upon expiration of the rental term. The Tenant is responsible for cleaning out the unit prior to vacancy. The unit will be inspected prior to vacancy, if the unit has not been cleaned, debris and garbage not removed; tenant agrees to pay for a cleaning service. Cleaning services must be paid for prior to vacancy. Tenant agrees not to smoke on premises. No pets or animals of any sort shall be allowed without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Included. All employees of The School Board of Broward County, Florida in the classification of detective in the Department of Special Investigative Unit. EXCLUDED: Chief of Special Investigative Unit (SIU), Major, Special Investigative Unit Operations/Investigations, Personnel Administrator of Professional Standards, Coordinator of School Safety, Special Investigative Unit, and all other employees of The School Board of Broward County, Florida. Both parties agree that the composition of the unit can only be changed by a valid PERC Order approving the change. The Board will not negotiate with any other union or employee organization on matters pertaining to wages, hours and other terms or conditions of employment for these bargaining unit members. The School Board of Broward County, Florida, hereinafter called the Board or the Employer, and the Broward County Police Benevolent Association, Inc., hereinafter called the PBA or the Union, recognize and declare that quality service is necessary to provide quality education.
