Included. The Landlord agrees that the following appliances will remain on the premises and are included for the use of the Tenant. Said appliances are warranted by the Landlord to be in good working order: existing fridge, stove, washer and dryer. The Lessee agrees to e-transfer to the Lessor the monthly rate of $1,800.00 via e-banking, e-transfer or e-mail, on the first calendar day of every month. If the Tenant chooses to pay in post-dated cheques, the Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord an amount of TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) for each returned/non-payment cheque/s for administration fees during the lease period.
