The Lessor has the key examined by an expert in the case of theft.
The Lessor may terminate this Agreement without notice to the Lessee if the Lessee is in breach of any of the terms, conditions, representations, warranties or covenants set out in this Agreement and without limiting the rights of the Lessor, no Rent paid by the Lessee will be refunded upon such termination.
The Lessor may obtain samples of soil, water, gravel, or other solids or liquids on the Leasehold, including from within buildings, as long as the taking of such samples does not unreasonably disrupt the activities of the Lessee on the leasehold.
