Driver Assistant means a member of the ‘Pit Stop Crew’ (as outlined in Article 11 of these Accredited Series Articles) who assists with each Driver Change that takes place. Assistance includes but is not limited to disconnecting/connecting/adjusting belts, seat, pedal box, steering wheel, helmet, radio, drink bottle and window nets; and

Driver Assistant. “Monitor,” or “Escort” shall mean a person, other than the Driver, assigned to a Vehicle used in connection with the Services, to assist a passenger and the Driver. The “Escort” is a person who may be staff or volunteers accompanying a child or older person on a Vehicle, to ensure that the passenger receives needed services or resources.
