Notice of Agreement. 1. The Institutions agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, with any amendments, to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
Notice of Agreement. I agree that the Company may provide a copy of this Agreement to any person or entity, or otherwise notify any person or entity of the existence of this Agreement and the promises I made in it.

Notice of Agreement. The terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their personal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns and shall continue as a servitude running with the Property for the Project Life. Grantee and Landowner each agrees to sign, have acknowledged by a Notary Public, and deliver to Grantor for recording a separate document, in a form substantially as shown in Exhibit G - NOTICE OF UNRECORDED GRANT AGREEMENT, to provide constructive notice of this Agreement.

Optionee agrees that, during the Restricted Period, Optionee will tell any prospective new employer, partner, in a business venture, investors and/or any entity seeking to engage Optionee’s services, prior to accepting employment, engagement as a consultant or contractor, or engaging in a business venture that this Agreement exists, and further, Optionee agrees to provide a true and correct copy of this Agreement to any such individual or entity prior to accepting any such employment or entering into any such employment or business venture.

No person dealing with the Trustee shall be required to take any notice of this Agreement, but all persons so dealing shall be protected in treating the Trustee as the absolute owner with full power of disposition of all the monies, securities and other property of the Trust, and all persons dealing with the Trustee are released from inquiry into the decision or authority of the Trustee and from seeing to the application of monies, securities or other property paid or delivered to the Trustee.

The Institutions agree to provide copies of this Agreement to all relevant individuals and departments of the Institutions, including but not limited to students, academic department chairs participating in the transfer, offices of the president, registrar’s offices, and financial aid offices. No Third-Party Beneficiaries There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed by way of electronic signature and signature pages may be exchanged electronically, and such signatures will be deemed original signatures.
Notice of Agreement. This Agreement will be registered against the Lands pursuant to subsection 51(26) of the Planning Act. The Town is entitled to enforce the provisions of this Agreement against the Developer and any and all subsequent owners of the Lands. The Developer shall attach Schedule “M” to all agreements of purchase and sale used for the sale of the Lots or part Lots in this Plan to ensure that the obligations and warnings in said Schedule are conveyed to subsequent owners.
