Common use of Included Clause in Contracts

Included. All certificated employees, as defined in Indiana Code 20-29-2-4 including social workers and intense behavioral therapists, of Carmel Clay Schools of Xxxxxxxx County, Indiana (hereinafter called “teachers” and “long term substitute teachers”) other than those excluded below: EXCLUDED: ● Superintendent, assistant superintendents, directors and supervisors with corporation-wide responsibilities ● Confidential employees and employees performing security work within meaning of Indiana Code 20-29-2-8 ● Principals, assistant principals, administrative assistants, athletic directors, and department chairs, all of who have the responsibility for evaluating teachers ● Casual and short-term substitute teachers
